Photoshop No Background Mac Effect for Windows?

Here is an example if you do not know what i mean:

In the mac image, you can see the desktop in the back,

While in windows, you can not.

Does anyone know how to achieve such an effect in Windows XP

That's the beauty of MAC.

But I don't think, nor i have heard of a way to achieve that in windows, as that is the make-up of the applications for windows, which are different for those for MAC.

But if you discovered a way to do that, do let me know : )

Maybe there is a plug in which you can download to do that?
