I am new to photoshop, I dont know what i clicked on or did but it wont let me do anything now
my mouse pointer is a hand and all is does it move the picture around, even when i click on a tool, like red eye tool it still is the hand and moves the picture around.. HELP...

Click the zoom tool.

Try closing the program, and reopening it. And if that doesn;t work then restart your computer and try. And if that doesn;t work, then just uninstall and reinstall.
